Shipping Information
Hello Bluebird uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship all orders.
All applicable USPS shipping methods are available.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout. You can temporarily enter the checkout process at any time to see your shipping options and costs.
SHIPPING RATES:
Orders shipping to the USA:
- Orders below $120.00 USD, shipping is actual USPS charges calculated based on package weight and destination
- Orders over $120.00 USD (Note 1) qualify for FREE SHIPPING (Note 2)
- Your order total must reach the $120.00 USD threshold after all discounts are removed and before shipping charges are applied.
- When FREE shipping is selected, your package is shipped via the most economical method (chosen at the discretion of Hello Bluebird).
Orders shipping to Canada:
- Orders below $120.00 USD, shipping is actual USPS charges calculated based on package weight and destination
- Orders over $120.00 USD (Note 1) qualify for a FLAT-RATE SHIPPING charge of $19.00 USD (Note 2)
- Your order total must reach the $120.00 USD threshold after all discounts are removed and before shipping charges are applied.
- When FLAT-RATE shipping is selected, your package is shipped via the most economical method (chosen at the discretion of Hello Bluebird).
Orders shipping to all other countries:
- Shipping is actual USPS charges calculated based on package weight and destination
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS:
You are responsible for paying any duties or taxes that may be incurred as your package travels through customs.
Your package will be marked with the proper customs documents and the actual value of the products. We can not mark international orders as "Gift" or reduce the stated value.
TO OUR UK CUSTOMERS:
Due to the BREXIT tax laws, there is a minimum order value of 135.00 GBP (after discounts and before shipping charges) for orders shipping to the UK.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Hello Bluebird is not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged by the shipping carrier once the package has left our warehouse. If something should happen to your package, please contact us and we will work with the Postal Service to assist.
