Refund Policy

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your Hello Bluebird experience, so we offer returns within 30 days from the date your order was shipped. The items returned must be unopened, unused, and in brand-new condition.  Items must include all original accessories and packaging.

Refunds do not include any shipping charges paid with your order (if applicable).  Also, if the shipping charge paid was less than the actual cost to ship your order, then your refund will be minus the difference.  In other words, if your order has a discounted or free shipping charge, then the amount eligible for refund is the total amount paid minus the actual cost to ship your order.

Please note that only products purchased directly through are eligible for returns.

Because of their special nature, certain types of items are not eligible for return including (but not limited to):

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance items
  • Personalized Items
  • Downloadable products


Can I exchange for a different item?

We do not currently offer direct merchandise exchanges.


How long will it take to receive my refund?

We try to issue refunds as quickly as possible!

Once we've physically received your return package and confirmed the condition and contents, we will issue your refund. While we aim to process and refund your return within one week from the time we receive it back, it may take up to two weeks during our busiest times.

Please note that once a credit card refund has been issued, it can take up to 5-7 business days for your bank to reflect that transaction on your account statement.

We will notify you via email when your return has been processed and the refund has been issued.


I received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, what do I do?

If you've received an order containing a damaged, defective, or incorrect item due to our mistake, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the issue — we'll make it right. We will replace or refund your item at no cost to you.

Hello Bluebird is not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged by the shipping carrier once the package has left our warehouse.
